4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your maga888 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your maga888 account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. 5.4 maga888 reserves the right to conduct additional anti-money laundering checks before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. Processing times may be extended during such checks, and you may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation.
5.5 maga888 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets or FPX bank transfers. Currency conversion charges may apply where a payment method operates in a currency other than Malaysian Ringgit.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by maga888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods.
6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each individual promotion page. maga888 does not apply retroactive changes to wagering requirements once a bonus has been activated.
6.3 maga888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been claimed in good faith, any modification will not affect the terms of the already-claimed bonus.
6.4 Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or any other method deemed abusive by maga888 will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, maga888's server logs constitute the definitive record of all game activity. 7.3 Winnings resulting from games that experience a malfunction or are misconfigured in a manner that results in payouts exceeding the stated game maximum will be voided. maga888 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maga888 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms: (a) use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that gives an unfair advantage; (b) collusion or information-sharing with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage; (c) exploiting software bugs or game vulnerabilities; (d) money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity; (e) providing false identity or age information; (f) operating or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
8.2 maga888 employs fraud detection and anti-collusion monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, maga888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
9.1 All content on the maga888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of maga888 or its licensed content suppliers. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content without express written consent from maga888 is prohibited.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the maga888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform or its content.
10.1 The maga888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly upon receipt. 12.2 maga888 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms has been confirmed or is suspected; (b) fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) account verification cannot be completed to maga888's satisfaction; or (d) continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to maga888.
12.3 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, all balances may be forfeited at maga888's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons without any breach, withdrawable balances will be returned subject to applicable checks.
13.1 maga888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the platform or by email with at least 7 days' advance notice where practicable. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not affect your rights) may take immediate effect.
